Finance Veteran Patrick Moore Joins Mosaic As President And Chief Operating Officer

Chris Halmy and Keri Findley Appointed to Mosaic’s Board of Directors

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Mosaic, America’s leading provider of solar and home improvement financing solutions, today announced that Patrick Moore has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously, Moore was Chief Operating Officer at Renovate America, Inc.

Prior to his tenure at Renovate America Inc., Moore served as Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Financial Solutions Inc., a leading point-of-sale national consumer finance company. Moore was also Chief Operating Officer for Toyota Financial Services bank subsidiary, and held executive positions in marketing, credit, and operations for the U.S. credit card business at Capital One Financial Corporation. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Moore was a Navy pilot and held several operations and engineering roles while serving as an officer between 1992 and 1999.

Mosaic has also appointed two members to its Board of Directors who have strong backgrounds in consumer lending. Chris Halmy is the chief financial officer of Ally Financial, a $160 billion bank and the largest auto lender in the country, where he led the company’s IPO and oversees the company’s finance, treasury, and capital markets activities. Keri Findley was previously a partner at Third Point, an investment adviser based in New York, where her focus was on mortgage securities and global consumer lending assets.

Former President and Co-Founder, Dan Rosen, will transition to a founder and chairman role, where he will focus on major priorities and partnerships, as well as helping to shape the company’s culture and strategy.
