Positioning Mosaic for the Future

Important Stakeholder Information

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Mosaic announced that the company intends to complete a restructuring and recapitalization of its servicing business supported by its existing corporate lender, Forbright Bank. At the same time, Mosaic has launched a comprehensive marketing process for its origination platform, servicing assets and other company assets. To facilitate the proposed transaction, Mosaic filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mosaic plans to complete the court process in the coming months.

This court-supervised process enables us to continue servicing operations while we work toward long-term stability. This court process includes communications to stakeholders from Kroll, Mosaic’s claims agent. More information about that process can be found here.
